Melon salad

A refreshing summer salad

Ingedients:

  • 1 melon
  • 150 gr feta cheese
  • 2-3 leaves of peppermint leaves

Instructions:

Refrigerate the melon for a few hours. Cut it in half, remove the seeds and separate the inside of the melon from its skin.  Do not cut the skin into slices, we will use it for serving our salad.

Cut the feta cheese and the melon slices in cubes.  Mix together in large bowl.  Scoop them inside the empty melon skin.  Top with peppermint leaves.
